Order Cancellation Form

As an online consumer you are covered by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the E-Commerce Regulations 2002.

This means as an online consumer, you have additional rights including that you have 14 days from the point of receiving your goods to cancel your order. Please see our Returns  Policy for full details. Please note if goods are returned not in brand new unused condition a deduction will be made to the refund that is given.
