We have put together some frequently asked questions and we will update this regularly.

 

1) How long will delivery take ?

We always strive to deliver items as promptly as possible. As we are a small business we do not hold a large amount of stock. We aim to deliver all orders (apart from pre-orders) within 1-10 working days.  However if you order an item we have in stock we will normally deliver your item to you within 1-5 working days.

If your order is going to take longer to be delivered than 10 working days we will contact you to discuss this. If you are not happy to wait for the item then we can issue a full refund.

 

2) Where are you based ?

We are based near Taunton, Somerset but as we are an online shop we can dispatch to anywhere in the UK.

We will also sell to other counties at the buyers shipping costs. If you are an international customer please contact us to discuss your order rather than purchasing via the website so we can calculate shipping costs.

 

3) Do you accept returns?

Yes we accept returns and exchanges on most items but they must be in perfect new condition and we will not refund postage costs to return the item to us unless the product is faulty. Full details can be found on our Returns Policy 

 

4) How will I know the status of my order?

When you complete your order you will be given a link to the status page that you can visit to check the status of your order. You can also contact us if you wish to check the status of your order.

You will know that your order is on its way as we will email you to let you know and give you the tracking number.

 

5) How secure are you ?

 Our Terms and Conditions have detailed information about our website and payment security.

 

6) I am looking for sponsorship, can you help?

We have 4 sponsored riders / brand ambassadors.

We are a small business and we are not looking for any other brand ambassadors at present.

 

7) How do pre-orders work ?

If you order pre order and non pre order items at the same time then we will dispatch all the items to you together when the pre-order items arrive.

 

8) How can I find out about you?

9) How can I make a complaint ?

If you are not happy with our service then we want to know about this and put it right. Please contact us via email, write, private message us on social media or phone us to discuss the complaint. 

 

10) How can I give positive feedback?
