We are committed to ensuring that you are happy with the service from Top Of The Clops and we aim to make returns, refunds and exchanges as simple as possible.

Manufacturers Guarantee

If you purchase a product from us which has a manufacturers guarantee / warranty for a specific period of time and the product becomes faulty within that period, then please get in touch with us in the first instance and we will communicate with the manufacturer on your behalf to arrange a replacement or if this is not possible then we will refund you.

Any products that have a warranty or guarantee will clear show this on the packaging and / or product description online.

 

Your rights when buying online 

As an online consumer you are covered by the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the E-Commerce Regulations 2002.

This means as an online consumer, you have additional rights including that you have 14 days from the point of receiving your goods to cancel your order. You can cancel your order at any time by emailing info@topoftheclops.co.uk or by completing the form on our order cancellation page.

 

Returns and Refunds

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return items to us for any reason within 28 days of the date you received your purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for paying for your own postage costs of returning your order to us.

We recommend you use a tracked mail service to return your item to us so you can be sure we will receive the item and then be able to process the refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the original packaging and still have tags on and in the same condition that you received it. 

Please note if goods are returned not in brand new unused condition a deduction will be made to the refund that is given.

We are not able to accept returns on the following items

  •  Perishable items or those with an expiry date e.g. feed supplements

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

All refunds will only be made by the same method of payment used to originally purchase the item. 

All refunds will be processed and repaid to you within 14 days of us confirm we have received your returned item.

Exchanges 

If you need to exchange your order for example for the same item but in another size please send us an email at info@topoftheclops.co.uk or by completing the form on our order cancellation page.

Unless the item is faulty, you are responsible for paying for your own postage costs of returning your order to us.

We recommend you use a tracked mail service to return your item to us.

Once we receive the returned item from you, we will then provide you with an exchange which we will aim to deliver to you within a maximum of 30 days.

If we are unable to obtain the replacement item for you then we will ask you to return the item to us and we will then issue a refund as described within the above section.

 

Faulty Items

In the unfortunate event that something you bought from us online was faulty, damaged or broken please contact us by email at info@topoftheclops.co.uk or by completing the form on our order cancellation page within 3 days of receiving the goods.

We will ask you to send us a photo of the fault, so that we can feed this back to the manufacturer and then we may ask you return the order to us. If we require the product to be returned we will ask you to provide a receipt for returned postage and we will refund this back to you.

We will then discuss your options available to you for an exchange or a refund.

All refunds will be made by the same method of payment used to purchase the item.
